Registration Information

We offer many convenient ways to register for programs.

 

ONLINE registrationcurrent members can now register online!  Here is how:

a.    Click “online registration” located on the home page at the bottom right hand side of the web page.

b.     Click “make payment”

c.      Login

i.       Last Name, First Name – as it appears in our membership database

ii.      Password – Initials + Birth Date (i.e. Mary Smith Nov 12, 1956 = MS111256)

d.    Select the name of the family member you are registering

e.     Search for Program (there are a variety of search methods)

i.       By age

ii.      By Program Category (Arts & Humanities, Aquatics, etc.)

iii.     By Description using key words

 

Phone-in** registration – On the first day of Priority* and Open Registration, calls will be accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. by calling 609-581-9622 x200.  Upon entering the voicemail system please provide the following information:  participants name, spelling of the last name, desired class name, day, and time, second choice if desired, credit card number, expiration date, and a contact phone number where you can be reached for confirmation.

 

Onsite Registration – Anyone can register onsite at our YMCA during the registration periods.  Facility & Facility Plus members can register during Priority Registration.  Program members can register during Open Registration.

 

*Priority registration is an added benefit for our Facility & Facility Plus members.

** Phone-in is not a guarantee.  A YMCA staff member will confirm your registration with a phone call.

 

Membership must remain current:  Your YMCA membership must remain current through the duration of the program session.  If your membership expires during the program session, you must renew at the time of registration for participation to be uninterrupted.
